One of the pleasures of guiding canoe trips these past thirteen years is working with enthusiastic and competent co-guides. Our goals are to teach skills and safety and to help the group work together while listening to the needs and interests of each person.

We are always ready to be interrupted by a wildlife sighting or the beauty of a summer sky. We delight in the kindness, creativity and playfulness that emerges among us.

will co-guide our Boundary Water and Wisconsin River trips.

Marcia Heeter, owner and guide of Women's Time Out, will be co-guiding with her daughter, Chris, on the scheduled trips. She is available for working with you on a contract trip.

In addition to guiding canoe trips, Marcia has led retreats for church groups and is an ordained UCC minister, Pastoral Counselor, LCPC, and leader of the Dances of Universal Peace, honoring the loving spirit of all peoples and religions.
