Remember when you were a child and you asked your friend, “can you come out and play?” It’s not too late to answer, “Yes”. Remember when you felt the joy of your body moving in tune with a bike, a boat, or roller skates? It’s not too late to feel that joy again. Remember when a rock, a bird or a starlit sky opened you up to amazement? It’s not to late too open up to amazement again and again. This is why, for the 15th season, I offer “Time Outs” for women.

Welcome to Women's Time Out 2010

CANOE ADVENTURES…… Come build a campfire after a day of paddling the rivers and lakes of the Midwest prairies and forests. Trips are designed for adult women of all ages who have an adventuresome spirit. Instructions in canoeing and outdoor skills are offered on each trip.

SEASONAL RETREATS… TIME OUTS offer time for rest, reflection, renewal and recreation in the welcoming atmosphere of a retreat house with country vistas and woodland path by a creek. TIME OUTS include hiking or canoeing and focusing on the wisdom of the season and the wisdom within ourselves.
